Manufacturing & Materials
Manufacturing & Materials
All of our clothing items are lovingly handcrafted by designers in TOGO.
Patchwork fabrics
Our designers transform leftover fabric from the popular colorful cotton wax “Pagne” into wonderful creations. Since they are made of cotton, the garments are easy to care for and can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees.
With precision in the selection of fabrics, color combinations and workmanship, each garment becomes a work of art. Each piece tells its own story and is unique. In addition, using leftover fabrics avoids unnecessary waste.
Batik fabrics
Our handmade cotton batik fabrics are real eye-catchers! They are made by talented and passionate young people in Togo. Each fabric is an artistic masterpiece and reflects Togolese culture in a unique way. But that's not all! By purchasing these batik fabrics, we support the creativity and talent of these young people and contribute to improving their economic situation. Each purchase not only adds a unique piece to your wardrobe, but also helps improve the lives of the people of Togo.
Complementary substances
The lining and the plain/black fabrics are mainly made from recycled material, such as used jeans and fabrics. Due to this use, the materials used may differ in appearance and quality. For our patchwork jackets, complementary materials such as stitching, buttons and zippers are purchased locally and in limited quantities as the selection is limited.
